A workshop for serious software.
We are a hands on consultancy for teams that need to ship. Over 20 years across startups, scale ups and enterprise, architecting platforms, leading delivery, building the teams that run them and automating the work that nobody should be doing manually anymore.
TBEMTECH is a small, senior practice based in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra. No juniors billed as seniors, no vanity slide decks, no frameworks for the sake of frameworks. When you hire us, you get the people who have done it before.
We work as an embedded partner. We set direction, make the tradeoffs, own the delivery, and hand it back to your team when it's ready. Need a technical lead for six months, a product built from scratch, a team to put together, or an AI system that finally removes the boring parts of your day? Questions we get asked.
Do you work with companies outside Andorra?
Yes. We are based in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra, and work remote worldwide. Most engagements run fully remote; on-site visits in Andorra, Spain and France are possible when the project needs them.
How fast can you start a new engagement?
Usually within one to two weeks. Urgent delivery-recovery or incident work can start sooner. We'll tell you the real answer on the first call, we don't overbook to keep the pipeline full.
Do you take over existing, messy projects?
Yes, delivery recovery is one of the things we do best. We come in, assess scope, budget and team honestly, and get the calendar back under control. No blame, no rewrites for the sake of rewriting.
Do you offer fractional or interim CTO roles?
Yes. Fractional and interim tech leadership is a core service: architecture, roadmap, vendor selection, hiring, due diligence. Typical engagements run two to six months.
What does an AI automation project look like with TBEMTECH?
We start by identifying the repetitive work that's actually worth automating, usually inside tools you already use. Then we ship a small, real integration (chat agent, RAG system, process automation) in weeks, measure impact, and iterate.
Fixed price or time and materials?
Both. Well-scoped pieces run fixed price. Open-ended discovery, leadership and recovery work runs time and materials with weekly reporting. We pick the model that's honest for the risk profile.
Which tech stacks do you work with?
Web: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python. Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter. Cloud: AWS, GCP, Vercel. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, RAG pipelines. Stack is a tool, not a religion.
Can you help us hire and build our in-house team?
Yes. We run hiring from job definition to onboarding, mentor the people we hire, and hand the team back with a tech lead in place. From first engineering hire to full department.
Do you sign NDAs and work under our contracts?
Yes, routinely. We sign NDAs and work under client MSA/SOW frameworks where needed. TBEMTECH invoices from Andorra and works in EUR by default; other currencies by arrangement.
